The mans arm clenched even harder on his bony arm. He knew it was a man frrom his voice. Sam yelled for help but all he got was a hit round the face. The man threw him in his car, a rusty Renault Clio. The man drove safely and slowly. After what seemed hours of driving they stopped.

For my next paragraph I will slow it down as a few people said it needs to be more tense. Some people also said that I didn’t use enough adjectives so I will try to use more.

He finally decided to go down the stairs. As he went down the stairs, his legs felt like jelly. He heard the noise again and as he went down the stairs more carefully it became clearer. It was a voice saying Sam, Sam, come here. The voice kept repeating itself. Sam now ran away screaming not caring where he was going. He called for his mum but no answer came. He heard footsteps behind him so he ran like an Olympic sprinter. Suddenly a hand grabbed his shoulder and yanked him down the stairs. Sam cried for help but no one replied.
